These terms govern use of UPLIFT HOUSE, UPLIFT HOUSE Digital and the member platform operated by UPLIFT HOUSE LTD, company number 17250503, registered office 405 Kings Road, London, United Kingdom, SW10 0BB.
UPLIFT Digital
Where the checkout states that UPLIFT HOUSE Digital is sold for a one-off lifetime-access price, the purchase is not a recurring subscription. The exact price, included programmes and any stated inclusion of future Digital modules are the offer shown to you at checkout.
Lifetime access is personal to the purchasing member and may not be resold, shared as a common account or used to provide unauthorised commercial access to UPLIFT materials.
Uplift Score and recommendations
The Uplift Score is a reflective self-assessment. It is not a clinical, medical or scientifically validated diagnostic. Recommended Uplift Paths are structured starting suggestions based on your responses and are not professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
Your content and account
You remain responsible for the information you choose to enter into workbooks, actions and commitments. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully.
UPLIFT HOUSE
House is the real-world community layer. Registering a gym, joining a demand map, expressing interest or purchasing Digital does not guarantee acceptance to a House chapter, that a chapter will open, a particular number of members, introductions, events or access to a third-party gym. UPLIFT HOUSE is independent of gyms unless a specific partnership is expressly stated.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these terms. Any additional refund or cancellation terms specifically presented at checkout form part of your purchase.
Intellectual property
UPLIFT branding, programme structure, written materials, designs and other service content are owned by or licensed to UPLIFT HOUSE LTD. Your purchase gives you a personal right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of those materials or permit copying, republishing or resale beyond what the law allows.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve or change features, programme presentation and technical infrastructure over time. We will not intentionally convert a one-off lifetime Digital purchase into a recurring subscription without your separate agreement. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or material breach of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, UPLIFT is provided for personal development and community purposes and we are not responsible for decisions made as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Contact and changes
Questions about these terms may be sent in writing to UPLIFT HOUSE LTD at the registered office above. We may update these terms as the service develops; the date at the top identifies the current version.
