Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a product or participate in Uplift House. By creating an account or purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept the terms and notices presented at the relevant step.
Digital products and what you receive
The 30-Day Uplift Reset is a personal-development subscription containing full access to Uplift Mind, Uplift Social, Uplift Body Language, situation-led tools, saved Playbooks, actions, reviews and related member features. The exact price and included access are shown before payment and recorded in your confirmation.
Price, term and automatic renewal
The 30-Day Uplift Reset costs £19 when you subscribe and covers the first 30 days. Unless you cancel, the subscription then renews automatically at £19.99 each month, with the first recurring payment due 30 days after the initial purchase. Each recurring payment covers the next monthly billing period. There is no minimum term beyond the current paid period and no cancellation fee.
The checkout page presents the initial charge, renewal amount, renewal timing and cancellation terms immediately before payment. By completing checkout, you expressly agree to the recurring payments shown there.
The 30-Day Action Guarantee
The initial £19 Reset payment includes Uplift's voluntary 30-Day Action Guarantee. Use Uplift during your first 30 days and take at least one recommended action in a real situation. If you do not come away with at least one useful response, script, rule or action you would genuinely use again, contact hello@weareuplift.club from the email address associated with your account within 30 days of the initial purchase and ask to use the guarantee.
If a valid Action Guarantee refund is processed, the initial £19 is refunded, future renewal is stopped and the associated paid entitlement may end. The guarantee is additional to statutory rights and does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer remedy.
Ending automatic renewal
You may cancel renewal at any time through Account settings using the online cancellation control, or by emailing hello@weareuplift.club from the address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a statutory right, the Action Guarantee or another remedy requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid period and the current-period charge is not automatically refunded.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
Uplift digital content and services are supplied immediately after purchase at your express request. Before payment, checkout records the confirmations presented to you concerning immediate supply and the effect this may have on any statutory cancellation right. Depending on the legal classification of the supply and the circumstances, a statutory cancellation right may be lost after digital content supply begins with the required consent and acknowledgment, or a proportionate amount may be payable for a service supplied before cancellation. Mandatory rights for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
Legacy lifetime access
Customers who previously bought a one-off Uplift lifetime-access offer keep the entitlement recorded for that purchase. Those legacy purchases are not converted into subscriptions. Where a historical checkout described continued or lifetime access, this means personal access for the operating life of the relevant Uplift digital product; it does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or company or guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged.
Accounts and permitted use
Your account and access are personal to you. Keep credentials secure. You must not share an account, resell access, copy or publish substantial parts of the product, scrape the service, bypass access controls, probe security, interfere with operation, upload unlawful material or use Uplift to harass, threaten, discriminate against or repeatedly contact another person who has declined.
You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Uplift the limited permission needed to host, process, display back to you and otherwise use that information solely to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the privacy notice.
Uplift Profile, tools and recommendations
The Uplift Profile is not a clinical, medical or scientifically validated diagnostic. Capability levels, pattern observations, practical plans, scripts and recommendations are structured personal-development suggestions based on information you provide. They are not medical, legal, financial or employment advice and do not guarantee a particular outcome.
You are responsible for judging whether a suggested action is appropriate in context. Do not use a relationship or confrontation tool where there is coercion, abuse, stalking, threats, violence, retaliation or another safety risk. Use professional or emergency support where appropriate.
Body Language interpretation and boundaries
Uplift Body Language teaches observation, communication and self-presentation skills. Nonverbal behaviour is context-dependent and does not establish another person's thoughts, intentions, honesty, attraction, consent, emotional state or future behaviour. A gesture, facial movement, gaze pattern, posture change or other nonverbal signal should not be treated as proof of a hidden state.
Body Language exercises ask you to consider context, individual baseline, clusters and changes, alternative explanations and a proportionate way to gather better information. Culture, disability, neurodivergence, pain, fatigue, medication, hierarchy, environment and individual communication style may all affect behaviour. Verbal statements, explicit consent and stated boundaries take precedence over nonverbal interpretation. Do not make high-stakes accusations or safety, medical, employment, legal or relationship decisions solely from body-language interpretation.
Payments and access
Stripe processes payments. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Access is granted only after successful payment and verification. If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry it and we may restrict access after a reasonable payment-recovery period. If payment appears complete but access is missing, do not pay twice; contact support with the account email and receipt. We may correct pricing, entitlement or technical errors, but will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Availability, maintenance and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, secure, redesign or improve features, content presentation and infrastructure. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach. Where practicable, we will act proportionately and provide an opportunity to resolve a remediable issue.
Intellectual property
Uplift branding, programme structure, exercises, designs, software and service content, including the CLEAR framework and Uplift Playbooks, are owned by or licensed to UPLIFT HOUSE LTD. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership or permit republication, training competing products, resale or commercial exploitation beyond rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Uplift House and events
Registering interest, purchasing Digital or joining a demand map does not guarantee acceptance to a House chapter, that a chapter will open, a particular member mix, introductions, event availability or access to a third-party gym or venue. Uplift is independent of a gym or venue unless a specific partnership is expressly stated. Event bookings are also governed by the event terms and community guidelines.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Uplift is provided for personal development and community purposes; we do not guarantee employment, relationship, health, social or financial outcomes and are not responsible for decisions made as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.
Ending access
You may stop using Uplift, cancel renewal and delete your account using the available controls. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a subscription, reverse a completed charge or remove records that must be retained by law; cancel renewal first or contact support. When a refund is processed under the Action Guarantee, an applicable legal right or another agreed remedy, the associated entitlement may be revoked and future renewal may be stopped. We may also terminate or restrict access for serious or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, safety risks or abuse of the service.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Contact hello@weareuplift.club with a complaint. Nothing prevents either party from using a court or another remedy available by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Uplift develops or the law changes. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. The date at the top identifies the current version.
