Uplift is an educational personal-development and social-fitness product. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or a substitute for a qualified health professional.
What Uplift does
Uplift offers structured reflection, practical tools, guided resets, action planning, social rehearsal and evidence reviews. Profile scores, capability levels and pattern observations are descriptive product outputs based on information you provide. They are not clinical assessments and have not been validated as medical instruments.
Use your judgement
You decide what to enter and whether an action is suitable. Stop an exercise that increases distress, feels unsafe or is inappropriate for the situation. Do not use Uplift to delay seeking professional help, change medication, override clinical advice or manage a condition that requires qualified care.
Urgent help in England
If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or go to A&E now.
If urgent mental-health help is needed but it is not an emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111 and select the mental-health option.
Outside England, use the emergency number and urgent mental-health service for your location.
Relationships and personal safety
Boundary, repair, reconnection and confrontation tools are not suitable where there is coercion, abuse, stalking, threats, violence, retaliation or another material safety risk. Do not use a script to contact someone where contact is unsafe or has been clearly refused. Prioritise safety and seek appropriate specialist or professional support.
Physical exercises
Breathing, movement and grounding suggestions are intended to be gentle. Use a comfortable version, stop if you feel unwell and seek medical advice where a physical or health condition may make an exercise unsuitable.
No guaranteed result
Results vary by person, context, effort and circumstances. Uplift does not guarantee improved health, reduced symptoms, stronger relationships, employment outcomes or any other specific result.
