Uplift uses cookies and similar browser storage. Essential storage supports security, authentication, checkout continuity and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics storage remains off unless you accept it.
Essential storage
- Supabase authentication: session and refresh-token storage needed to sign you in securely and keep the member platform working.
- uplift_cookie_consent: records whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected, normally for 180 days.
- Security and checkout state: temporary identifiers used to protect requests, preserve a selected product and verify payment return.
Essential storage is used because the service cannot operate securely without it. It is not used for advertising.
Optional analytics and attribution
With permission, PostHog, Google Analytics 4 and Uplift browser storage help us understand public journeys and structural product events. Optional analytics may include page or feature identifiers, timestamps, device/browser information, campaign parameters and pseudonymous identifiers.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept optional analytics and only on the production Uplift website. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and stream-specific _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Uplift disables Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals in its website configuration.
A narrow set of essential server-side transaction and service-integrity events may be recorded without optional analytics consent so Uplift can verify payment, entitlement, refunds and technical integrity. These events are not used for advertising or behavioural session profiling.
We design analytics not to include private workbook text, relationship names, message drafts, predictions, outcome wording, health-related free text or voice recordings.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics without losing access to the core service. Use the “Cookie preferences” button in the site footer to review your choice. Rejecting optional analytics removes Uplift’s optional analytics identifiers and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies set for this site. If Google Analytics had already loaded in the current page, Uplift reloads the page after withdrawal so optional browser analytics is no longer running.
Third-party settings
Retention and technical details may also depend on the settings of Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, PostHog and Google Analytics. The privacy notice explains how these providers are used.
Changes
We will update this notice if the categories, purposes or optional analytics providers materially change. Where required, we will ask for consent again before enabling a new non-essential purpose or provider.
