This policy applies to the 30-Day Uplift Reset subscription sold by UPLIFT HOUSE LTD. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any statutory right or remedy that applies to you.
The 30-Day Action Guarantee
Uplift offers a voluntary guarantee on the initial £19 Reset payment. Use Uplift during your first 30 days and take at least one recommended action in a real situation. If you do not come away with at least one useful response, script, rule or action you would genuinely use again, contact hello@weareuplift.club from the email address associated with your account within 30 days of the initial purchase and ask to use the 30-Day Action Guarantee.
When a valid Action Guarantee refund is processed, the initial £19 is refunded and future subscription renewal is stopped. The associated paid entitlement may end when the refund is processed. If you later want to return, you can subscribe again at the then-current offer.
The Action Guarantee is an additional voluntary promise. It does not replace, reduce or limit statutory rights, including remedies that may apply to faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content.
Cancel renewal anytime
You can stop future renewal charges at any time from Account settings using the online Cancel renewal control. You can also email hello@weareuplift.club from the address associated with your account.
When you cancel, no further monthly renewal payment will be taken. Unless a statutory right, the Action Guarantee or another agreed remedy requires otherwise, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Charges and refunds
The initial £19 payment covers the first 30 days. After that, each £19.99 payment covers the next monthly billing period. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a charge for a period that has already begun.
Outside the 30-Day Action Guarantee, we provide a refund or other remedy where required by law and may also correct duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised payments.
Immediate access and statutory cancellation rights
Uplift access starts immediately at your express request. Before payment, checkout records your request for immediate supply and your acknowledgment of the effect this may have on a statutory cancellation right. Depending on the legal classification of the supply and the circumstances, a cancellation right may be lost after digital content supply begins with the required consent and acknowledgment, or a proportionate amount may be payable for a service already supplied.
If a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right applies, contact us promptly at hello@weareuplift.club. We will assess and process any refund required by law. Mandatory rights remain available regardless of this policy or the voluntary Action Guarantee.
Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content
Contact us if Uplift is faulty, materially unavailable or misdescribed. Nothing in this policy limits remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law.
Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised payments
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or did not authorise a payment. Never send a password or full card details. Do not submit a second purchase while a payment or entitlement issue is being investigated.
After a refund
If a full refund is processed, the entitlement associated with that payment may end. For refunded Reset subscriptions, Uplift also stops future renewal when the refund is processed. Transaction and accounting records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
See the terms of use and sale for the full subscription contract.
